The Future of NZ Wool is Transparent

“ Empowering ethical NZ farms with blockchain-powered traceability to unlock premium global markets — farmer data sovereign, IP protected. “

Streamlining from Farm
-Gate to Global Retail

We’ve fused New Zealand's wool heritage with cutting-edge blockchain and digital innovation to ensure every wool journey - from farm-gate to retail - is verifiable, sustainable, and value-enhancing.

Verified Provenance
Immutable blockchain records create a "digital passport" for every bale, proving origin, genetics, and ethical standards.

Sustainably-Driven
Enabling carbon credit monetisation under NZ ETS, backed by Bilignaut et al. 2026 biogenic LCA, GWP* methane modelling and full EU Green Deal / DPP / CBAM compliance.

Fraud-Proof Trust
Smart contracts and IoT integration eliminate disputes, boost efficiency, and command 15-50% premium pricing in eco-conscious markets like Europe, the US, and Asia (e.g., India’s sustainable fashion sector).

Rooted in the Land. Powered by Blockchain.

The Blueprint for
a Traceable Future

The Vision

Honouring generations of Kiwi farming families, WoolTraceNZ® is building the world’s first farmer-owned blockchain platform. Every bale receives a secure WoolPass™ proving genetics, regenerative stewardship and biogenic carbon data to unlock NZ ETS income and real premiums.

The Innovation

Integrating blockchain (smart contracts for secure records), IoT sensors, APIs, and stablecoins (NZDD) for instant payments — reducing costs by 3-6 % and admin by 30-50 %. Every bale carries its own WoolPass™ with heritage storytelling.

The Impact

Unlocking premium markets by verifying sustainability (e.g., low-carbon processing, regenerative practices), generating new revenue from data monetisation, and fostering collaborations across the supply chain—from farmers to processors and genetics experts.

Shearing the Spotlight:
A Visionary with Rural Roots

Amanda Bransgrove founded WoolTraceNZ® to revitalise New Zealand's wool industry through her unique blend of rural heritage and digital expertise.

Raised in Central Otago as a stock agent's daughter, Amanda spent her childhood on family farms, fostering a deep love for the land and its sheep. After 30 years in the fashion and film industries, she witnessed firsthand the environmental damage of synthetics and the decline of natural wool.

For the past decade, she has pursued a passion for blockchain technology, gaining the insights needed to power transparent supply chains. By leveraging Digital Product Passports (DPPs), QR-code NFTs, and partnerships with backend blockchain and frontend NFC/QR solution providers, Amanda is positioning NZ wool as the ultimate renewable, biodegradable alternative to synthetics—honouring tradition while driving global change and securing IP ownership as the central orchestrator.

From Vision to Validation: The MVP Journey

WoolTraceNZ® is officially entering a pivotal build phase.

We’re Building It Now
WoolTraceNZ® has officially entered Phase 1 MVP build (farm-gate to export).

Working with proven blockchain backend and frontend experts, we are accelerating a Minimum Viable Product that delivers real-world traceability from your shed to processing and export.

Pre-Build Complete
API frameworks and smart contract outlines are finalised for immutable record-keeping and integrations for genetics data.

Anticipated Outcomes
•  30–50 % admin-cost reduction
•  15–30 % price uplift
•  New passive income via NZ ETS carbon-credit facilitation

Ecosystem traction is strong, with active collaborations across genetics providers, scourers, international trade experts, strategic advisors and heritage organisations.

Every bale now carries a secure digital footprint that proves its origin, genetics and sustainability — farmer data sovereign, IP protected.

Secure the Future
of Ag-Tech

This phase builds on our $1B+ industry revival vision. It focuses on creating scalable value for global stakeholders through a diversified revenue model.

Key streams include subscription tiers ranging from $50–500 per month, transaction fees of 1–2% on traceable sales and 0.5–1% on stablecoin settlements, data licensing opportunities, and white-label expansions to other fibre categories.

For forward-thinking investors aligned with ag-tech innovation, sustainability, and IP-protected growth, this represents an opportune moment to engage. We are seeking $500K seed funding for MVP completion, legal/IP safeguards, and marketing—offering equity, advisory roles, or partnerships in a high-impact initiative with projected break-even in 18 months and 5x ROI through equity/exit potential.
